Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase or you have received a faulty item, please review our returns policy below:

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed via the original payment method used for your purchase and refunds can only be processed to the card originally used for the transaction. Please allow up to 14 days for the monies to be visible in your account, this is due to bank clearance policies. Cheques are not accepted as a method of payment or for refunds.

STORE PURCHASES
We are happy to refund your item within 7 days for a full refund, or 14 days for a credit note. Proof of purchase is required, i.e. a receipt and items are to be unopened and unused (unless faulty). Kindly note we are unable to refund customised, special and bicycle orders.

WEB ORDER RETURNS
All customers are to email info@essexbicycles.com for all returns and queries prior to posting. Returns will not be accepted unless you have received an email confirmation from Essex Bicycles.

We are able to accept refunds for items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit note. Proof of purchase is required and all items are to be unopened and unused (unless faulty) and returned in its original condition and packaging.

All web order purchases are to be returned to our store address unless arranged otherwise and the customer is responsible for all postage costs and for packaging the item safely and securely. Customers are to email info@essexbicycles with the order number and date of purchase before being returned to Essex Bicycles. This is required in order to process all refunds efficiently and without further delays.

DISTANCE SELLING
In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. The eONE-SIXTY 7000 gives you the best of both worlds by combining a full-power drive unit and 600 Wh battery with a lightweight carbon fibre chassis, so you get an impressive range and uncompromised handling. The component playlist comes from the greatest hits section, with Fox Performance 38 fork and Float X2 shock and Shimano's tough and hardwearing 11-speed XT Linkglide drivetrain. You can also fit a 360 Wh range extender to boost range.

Lightweight or full power? How about both? The eONE-SIXTY CF combines an enduro-ready lightweight full carbon chassis with a full-support motor, 600 Wh battery and an optional 360 Wh range extender, so you don't have to choose between precise, playful handling, decent range or support that'll get you up the trickiest technical sections. With 170 mm travel at the front and 174 mm at the rear, it's designed to be perfectly at home on a race track or just hitting the trails on repeat.

The low-maintenance flexstay suspension offers size-tuned progression to maximise performance for all sizes of riders, plus you can run it with the latest coil shocks. With mixed size 29" front and 27.5" rear wheels as standard for playful handling, you can switch to a focussed full 29er setup without messing up the geometry, thanks to the flip chip design. The geometry can take on the toughest enduro trails while maintaining a playful and fun character. Thanks to the 30-230 mm travel-adjustable dropper post, you can choose between a longer frame for more stable handling or a shorter one for an agile feel.
