    REFUNDS
    Refunds are processed via the original payment method used for your purchase and refunds can only be processed to the card originally used for the transaction. Please allow up to 14 days for the monies to be visible in your account, this is due to bank clearance policies. Cheques are not accepted as a method of payment or for refunds.

    STORE PURCHASES
    We are happy to refund your item within 7 days for a full refund, or 14 days for a credit note. Proof of purchase is required, i.e. a receipt and items are to be unopened and unused (unless faulty). Kindly note we are unable to refund customised, special and bicycle orders.

    WEB ORDER RETURNS
    All customers are to email     info@essexbicycles.com for all returns and queries prior to posting. Returns will not be accepted unless you have received an email confirmation from Essex Bicycles.

    We are able to accept refunds for items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit note. Proof of purchase is required and all items are to be unopened and unused (unless faulty) and returned in its original condition and packaging.

    All web order purchases are to be returned to our store address unless arranged otherwise and the customer is responsible for all postage costs and for packaging the item safely and securely. Customers are to email info@essexbicycles with the order number and date of purchase before being returned to Essex Bicycles. This is required in order to process all refunds efficiently and without further delays.

    With the Bosch Purion 400 display retrofit kit, you can retrofit your eBike with Bosch Smart System with the compact Purion 400 display. The1.6" colour display has an elegant design and offers you a good overview in landscape format. While riding, you can read information such as speed, your current assistance level and the battery status. The Purion 400 scores points here with its high contrast and good resolution, which means that information is always clearly visible on the display even in direct sunlight. The material is robust and waterproof. Rain and moisture therefore pose no problems for the Bosch Purion 400 display.

    Compatibility of the Bosch Purion 400 display retrofit kit

    The Bosch Purion 400 is part of the Bosch Smart Systemand is compatible with all motors and batteries in this system. You have two options when using the retrofit set.

    Option 1combines the Bosch Purion 400 display , the Bosch System Controller (already present on your eBike) and the Bosch Mini Remote. For this combination, you need the Bosch Y display cable. This has 3 connections with which you connect the Bosch motor to the Purion 400 and the System Controller. The Mini Remote on the handlebar is connected to the system via Bluetooth. Option 2 combines the Bosch Purion 400 display and the Bosch LED Remote. For this combination, you need aBosch display cable, which is available in various lengths. The cable is used to connect the Bosch motor to the Purion 400.

    The scope of delivery of both options always includes the Purion 400 display with bracket, 1 fixing screw and 1 display cable of the required length.

    Fitting the Bosch Purion 400 display retrofit kit

    The Bosch Purion 400 can be attached to the handlebar of your eBike in just a few simple steps. To do this, loosen the fastening screw and place the display holder around the handlebar to the right of the stem. Then tighten the screw again and align the bracket correctly. Then insert the Purion 400 display. Now connect the display to the Bosch Smart System motor of your eBike using the display cable supplied.
